Frankenmuth Flower Festival Returns July 31 Through Aug 2nd
FRANKENMUTH, Mich. — Flowers, shopping and family activities will take center stage when the Frankenmuth Flower Festival returns July 31 through August 2.
The three-day festival gives residents and visitors another reason to spend a summer weekend in Frankenmuth. Guests can explore floral displays, browse local vendors, participate in activities and visit the restaurants, shops and attractions throughout the city.
Frankenmuth is one of Michigan’s most popular destinations, attracting visitors from Flint, Saginaw, Lansing, Ann Arbor, Detroit and communities across the state. Festival weekends can be especially busy, so visitors may want to plan their parking, lodging and transportation before arriving.
A day in Frankenmuth can also involve a considerable amount of walking. Festival activities, shops, restaurants, parking areas and hotels may be spread throughout the area. That can make attending difficult for seniors, people recovering from an injury and anyone who cannot comfortably walk long distances.
